How to Use:
Step 1: Apply the mascara by starting from the bottom and roll brush to lash tip.
Step 2: Apply the dry fibers to the ends of the lashes. Roll and dab the fibers on.
Step 3: Seal fibers with the sticky mascara. Roll mascara over the lash tips.
